Your Productsup account
Get an understanding of your Productsup account.
The account level is the home for all company/organization information.
Productsup account overview
When you are on the account level, you will see an overview of all projects in your account.
You can select the arrow to expand these projects and get an overview of the sites in them.
On the left side, there are different features accessible via the blue navigation tab. To expand this navigation tab, hover over it with your mouse.
Navigate to the account level
To navigate to the account level, you can either:
Select the Productsup logo in the top left-hand corner of the platform.
Select your account name or the home icon in the breadcrumbs.
Go directly to the link using your account ID.
All three (3) options are available to you no matter where you are in the platform.
