What to do if your file is password-protected
What to do if your file is password-protected in Productsup.
It may be the case that your file, such as an Excel Sheet, is password-protected. When using the Feed URL data source, you can input this password so that the platform can decrypt your file.
To do so:
Go to Data Sources from your site's main menu.
Select the settings wheel of the Feed URL data source you wish to exclude columns from.
Scroll down to Content Options.
Select the Encryption tab.
In File password, enter the file's password.
Select Save all settings.
