Platform features and updates
New Site Scheduling and Triggering for better customer experience
We moved the Scheduling feature from Data Sources to the main menu to make it more visible.

Scheduling is a feature that lets you create schedules and trigger events to run your sites automatically.
The Scheduling page has two (2) tabs: Site Scheduling and Triggering.

In Site Scheduling, you can:
Define the start and end dates for your schedules.
Enable or disable schedules instead of deleting them.
In Triggering, you can choose events in other sites that should trigger the runs of your current site.

See Set up scheduling and triggering processes in Scheduling for more information.
Details added to Syndication frequency overages
Productsup makes a daily snapshot of the number of syndications per export in your account and compares that with your contract entitlement to calculate monthly overages. You can check all your overages in the Usage Data Dashboard in the Billing section of your account settings.
Previously, you could only see the monthly chart of overages. Now, you can select a month bar on the Syndication frequency overages graph and see your daily overages.

On the monthly graph, you can select a needed day bar and get a detailed view of all sites exceeding your contract entitlement. From the Syndication Frequency Overages Details page, you can go directly to the site’s export list to deactivate unnecessary exports, site's schedules, or trigger events to reduce the overage.

New data sources and export channels
Improved VTEX data source
VTEX is a SaaS solution with an auto-scaling elastic cloud infrastructure that helps its users build customer loyalty, see higher conversion rates, and have a lower total cost of ownership.
The VTEX data source used to run into issues when importing large data feeds from VTEX into Productsup. We improved the import stability by implementing a pagination mechanism that controls the import feed through batches.

New Snowflake data source
Snowflake is a cloud-based data storage company offering various solutions for enterprise clients.
We have built a data source that allows you to import data from Snowflake. You can search for and set up the Snowflake Import v1 data source in Data Sources.
