How to configure Yotpo Products API export
Send your product catalog to Yotpo through the Yotpo Core API v1 with the Yotpo Products API export.
Yotpo is a marketing platform for user-generated content, such as product reviews, loyalty programs, and SMS and email marketing. Yotpo needs your product catalog to connect reviews and other content to the right products. The Yotpo Products API export sends your product data to Yotpo through the Yotpo Core API v1.
Prerequisites
To add the Yotpo export, you need:
- An active Yotpo account
- Your Yotpo app key and API secret. You can find both in your Yotpo account settings. If you cannot find them, contact your Yotpo account manager.
Add the Yotpo export
Go to Exports from your site's main menu and select ADD EXPORT.
Search for Yotpo Products API.
Select Yotpo Products API and select Add.
Go to Dataflow from your site's main menu and choose Yotpo Products API from the drop-down menu in the top ribbon on the left.
Map your attributes from import to export. See Use Dataflow to map your attributes from import to export for more information.
Go to Exports and select the gear icon next to Yotpo Products API.
Select Add Destination.
Select the Yotpo Products API destination from the drop-down menu and choose Save.
In Application Key, enter your Yotpo app key.
In Application Secret, enter your Yotpo API secret.
Toggle Active to On to activate the destination.
Select Save.
Troubleshooting
| Error message | Solution |

| Authentication failure. Please check provided credentials. | Yotpo rejected your app key or API secret. Check both values in your Yotpo account settings and update them in the destination. |
| Unable to export data, missing application key. Please verify it. | Enter your Yotpo app key in Application Key. |
| Unable to export data, missing application secret. Please verify it. | Enter your Yotpo API secret in Application Secret. |
| Token expired. Please try again. | Run the export again. The platform requests a new access token for every run. |
