Make exported Channel data available via a programmable interface for retrieving and filtering products.
Introduction & onboarding requirements
Our Export API is in selected customer onboarding stage. This means we want to understand customers usage patterns first, before onboarding them. The purpose of this is to be able to adapt our provided Export API resources to onboarded customers. The Export API is no longer in alpha stage.
Before being able to access and test the Export API the following needs to happen:
- Customers should answer the onboarding questions
- The Export API Destination needs to be unlocked by Productusp, once the answers are clarified
Customers can reach out to their Productsup contact or Productsup support to start the onboarding process.
What is the Export API?
The purpose of the Export API is to make exported Channel data available via a programmable interface. By simply paginating over the results without a filter clients can retrieve all products. By creating a filter a specific product set can be retrieved.
