Get what the export template draft changes

Lists what the current draft changes compared with the active revision, by Version History category, with the same rules as `changeSummary`. A draft with no edits lists nothing. `changes` and `changeSummary` are null when the template has no active revision to compare against, or its active revision is a legacy V1 commit revision. **Authorization.** Admin, internal user and internal viewer are unrestricted; an external user must own the template.
