Get what an export template revision changed

Lists what this revision changed compared with the revision before it, by Version History category: template settings, tags and custom form fields, attributes by name, analyzer tests by attribute and test name, and metadata fields. Computed on request from the two revisions' content with the same rules as `changeSummary`, so the counts match the stored ones. `changes` and `changeSummary` are null when there is nothing to compare against: the template's first revision, a revision that replaced a legacy V1 commit revision, and legacy revisions themselves. **Authorization.** Admin, internal user and internal viewer are unrestricted; an external user must own the template.
