Rate the answers Productsup Kai gives you and learn what Productsup does with the feedback you submit.
Feedback is how Productsup finds out where Productsup Kai and the documentation behind it fall short. Every answer can be rated in place, in the panel or in the full-page view.
Rate an answer
Every answer includes thumbs up 👍 and thumbs down 👎 controls. Your feedback helps Productsup improve the quality of Kai and the documentation behind it.
If you select thumbs down 👎, choose the reason that best describes the issue:
- Incorrect
- Incomplete
- Off-topic
- Confusing
- Other
If you select Other, you can add a short description of the problem.
Removing a rating in the panel does not withdraw feedback that Productsup has already received. To have submitted feedback deleted, see Request deletion of your data.
What happens after you submit feedback
Productsup stores your rating together with the related question and answer.
Negative feedback may be reviewed by authorized Productsup teams to investigate the issue and improve Kai or the underlying documentation. Feedback is not treated as a support request. If you need assistance, contact the Productsup Support team at support@productsup.com.
