Whitelisted IPs via Download Proxy
Whitelist IPs via Download Proxy in Productsup.
In some cases, you may need to whitelist Productsup IP addresses so the platform can access your feeds.
Productsup typically uses a range of servers and IP addresses. However, you can limit downloads to run from one of several IP addresses for whitelisting. Productsup refers to this feature as Download Proxy.
Enable Download Proxy (#download-proxy)
Go to Data Sources from your site's main menu and select Settings.
In Proxy settings, switch on the Use Download Proxy button to Enable to see the Download Proxy IP addresses.
Important
Whitelist all the following IP addresses for requests to download your data.

Note
Productsup uses the same IPs for exporting data to the configured destinations.
