The retention policy for stored files on the Productsup File Transfer Protocol (FTP) servers is as follows:
Removal of files via FTP
Productsup removes files via FTP that are older than 12 months. To prolong the lifetime, the user can export the same file again to reset the 12-month Time-To-Live (TTL).
Files with dynamic filenames
Files that contain filenames with a dynamic template fragment (
{{ ... }}) have a 30-day TTL. Productsup removes files if you have not updated them.
