Import orders from Shopify in Productsup.


Shopify is a cloud-based, multi-channel commerce platform designed for small and medium-sized businesses. Merchants can use the software to design, set up, and manage their stores across multiple sales channels. These include web, mobile, social media, marketplaces, brick-and-mortar locations, and pop-up shops.

Use the Shopify import to pull in orders and order line updates, such as tracking data/cancellations.


  1. In the site, choose Data Sources from the main menu, then select ADD DATA EXPORT. Next, add Shopify (Orders).

  2. In Shop URL, enter the URL of the Shopify shop for your export orders.

  3. Enter the Shopify API Key you received in API Key.

  4. Enter the Password provided by Shopify.

  5. Select the Status. The status field offers four (4) different settings: any, open, closed, and canceled. The default setting is any.

  6. You can optionally enter a custom description for the data source in Description (optional).
