Platform features and updates
Rule box conditions are out of beta!
We first released the beta version of the Rule Box Conditions feature in February 2024. Now, it is finally out of beta and available for all Productsup users.
In addition, the feature got some updates:
The new UI intuitively guides you through the process of setting up rule box conditions. First, you create a condition, then set up condition statements, and then proceed with rule boxes.
List-based operators contains any of and not contains any of let you choose inclusion and exclusion lists in a condition statement if you want to use a long list of values for your rule box condition.
Now, the Rule Box Conditions feature supports Shared Dataflow. You can create and set up a rule box condition, add it to an attribute in a site with a shared dataflow, and thus apply the rule box condition to this attribute in all sites that use this dataflow. See Share dataflow with other sites for more information.
Conditions-related actions, such as applying a rule box condition to an attribute and removing it from an attribute, are now visible in the Activity Log.
The Rule Box Conditions button is now available in both Dataflow and Data View.

New integrations
New export destination for Microsoft SharePoint
Microsoft SharePoint is a cloud-based platform for data storage, collaboration, file, content, and knowledge management.
We have built and released the destination Microsoft Sharepoint export that is now available in blank exports to let you send data to Sharepoint.

Help Center documentation
We have substantially reworked and updated all rule boxes documentation in the Productsup Help Center.
You can now find all the rule boxes documentation in a separate tile on the homepage:
The Rule boxes cheat sheet document that previously contained a large table featuring different rule boxes and their descriptions is now called Find the needed rule box category and contains a detailed explanation of all rule box categories available in the platform. It guides you to documents dedicated to each rule box category, where you can find an explanation, a set of setup steps, and a usage example for all global rule boxes available in Productsup.
