Import your data from Google Merchant Center
Import your data from Google Merchant Center in Productsup.
In certain cases, you may wish to import data directly from your Google Merchant Center.
Note
Make sure you have first set up authentication to Google Merchant Center. See Add OAuth authentication to external systems
Import your product feed from Google Merchant Center
You may wish to import your product feed from Google Merchant Center if you want to use this information to create feeds for other export channels.
Note
Sites importing from Google Merchant Center should not export back to Google Merchant Center. This will create a loop that could lead to malformed data.
Navigate to your site
Navigate to data sources
Click add data source
Add the Google Merchant Center data source
Give your data source a specialized name (if desired)
This will replace the name of the data source option on the data sources overview page
Click continue
Add the merchant id for the merchant which you want to import your product data
If you have a multi-client Merchant Center account, enter the ID of the relevant sub-account
Add authentication to your Google Merchant Center account
Add a description (if desired)
This is another chance to add a specialized name (see step 5)
If you require a custom setup, the support team may enter relevant information under the plugin section
Click save

Import product statuses from Google Merchant Center
After submitting your data to Google Merchant Center as an export feed, Google assigns a status to each product. See Google's Product status definitions. You may want to import these statuses as an additional feed to enhance your product import data.
Navigate to your site
Navigate to data sources
Click add data source
Add the Google Merchant Center Statuses data source
Give your data source a specialized name (if desired)
This will replace the name of the data source option on the data sources overview page
Click continue
Add the merchant id for the merchant which you want to import your product statuses
If you have a multi-client Merchant Center account, enter the ID of the relevant sub-account
Add authentication to your Google Merchant Center account. See Add OAuth authentication to external systems
Add a description (if desired)
