Exclude User-Agents (legacy document)
Within the Exclude User-Agent section in the Tracking tab, you are able to remove traffic generated by certain bots from your tracking data generated over the Productsup tracking. You are able to user-agents based on exact or loose matches.
From the "Column" dropdown, choose User-Agent.
Select your operator from the "Operator" dropdown. Available are "Is", "Is not", "Contains" or "Does not contain".
Enter your Value. Enter the name of the User-Agent
