Set up order sync for bol.com with the Ship Orders (API) export

Set up bol.com with Ship Orders (API) for export in Productsup.

Introduction

Bol.com is the leading marketplace in the Netherlands for books, toys, and electronics. The Bol.com Ship Orders (API) export lets you sync the order status by exporting updated shipping information to Bol.com.

Setup

  1. In the site, choose Exports from the main menu, then select ADD EXPORT. Next, add bol.com Ship Orders (API).

  2. In the Destinations section, select Add Destination and choose BOL - Ship Orders from the drop-down list. Now, enter a destination Name.

  3. Enter your OAuth Client ID and OAuth Client Secret that bol.com provided.

  4. Select if you want to pull orders from the Sandbox or Production Environment.

  5. Turn on Feedback Import to re-import feedback that bol.com provides back into the platform.

  6. Select Active to switch the destination to On.

  7. Select Save.

  8. Select Dataflow from the site’s main menu. Then choose bol.com Ship Orders (API) from the drop-down menu as the data source.

  9. Connect the following Intermediate and bol.com (Ship Orders) column attributes, which are necessary for providing export information:

    • transporterCode: Provide a transporter code, which is found in bol.com's developer documents depending on your shipper.

    • shipmentReference (optional): Add a shipment reference for administrative purposes.

    • orderItemId: The BOL ID of the order-item-id being confirmed.

    • trackAndTrace: The shipment tracking code.
